Renewed Membership not showing in the app?

If you recently renewed your membership for another year but it shows the old expiry date in the Home section, you will need to refresh The Newt app. 


To refresh the app, simply log out via the 'Profile' screen and log back in again.

If the membership still shows the incorrect date, please ensure you have the latest version of the app by searching for The Newt in the App or Google Play store. 


Tap the 'Update' button. If you have the updated version already, it will show as 'Open' instead.
