How to renew your membership on The Newt App

If you would like to renew your membership via The Newt App, please follow our guide below. 

Step 1

Open The Newt App and just below your membership card, there is a 'renew membership' button. This button will appear 7 days before your membership is due to expire. Click this button. 

Step 2

Please select the payment type you would like - either Direct Debit or Card Payment. Selecting Direct Debit will automatically renew after a year and every year thereafter. Click continue.

Step 3

It is at this stage that you can change the type of membership you would like. You do this by selecting 'change', located next to the membership type you are renewing. 

Step 4

If you are happy with the Newt Membership type, amount of adults and payment method, please click 'Continue'. 

Step 5

Fill in your payment details and once you are happy, click 'Pay' to finalise your purchase. 

Step 6

Your Newt Membership has been renewed and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
