You are now able to update your Direct Debit payment details online and in our app. Please follow the steps below on how to do this.
Please note that you may need to update our app to the latest version to do this.
Step 1
Log in to your app and click on your membership card.
Step 2
Scroll down and click 'Manage Renewal'.
Step 3
Click on the pencil icon located next to your current Direct Debit account.
Step 4
Select 'Add payment method' and fill in your new account details in the dropdown below. You will need to select the tick box and then click 'Update'.
Step 5
Please check over and confirm your information and click 'Confirm'.
