How to renew your membership online via Direct Debit

We now offer a Direct Debit renewal set-up so you can ensure your Newt Membership renews automatically after its expiration. If this is something you would like to set up, please follow our guide below.


Step 1

Open thenewtinsomerset.com and in the top right corner of the screen, click 'Shop'.



Step 2

In the top right corner of the screen, please click 'Login' and enter the email address and password used to set up your Newt Membership and click 'Login'.




Step 3

Your name will now appear in the top right corner of the screen, click it and then select 'Memberships'.




Step 4

You will then see your Newt Membership QR code with the option to 'Renew Membership'.



Step 5

Click 'Renew Membership' and choose to pay by Direct Debit for future auto-renewals or card payment for a one-off payment and click 'Continue'.


Step 6

If you are happy with the Newt Membership type, amount of adults and payment method, please click 'Continue', otherwise click 'change' to amend the Newt Membership type and the number of adults and then fill out the relevant visitor information and click 'Save'.


Step 7

Fill in your payment details and once you are happy, click 'Pay' to finalise your purchase. 



Step 8

Your Newt Membership has been renewed and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
