How to set up a Direct Debit in The Newt app

We now offer a Direct Debit set-up so you can ensure your Newt Membership renews automatically after its expiration. If this is something you would like to set up, please follow the guide below.

Step 1

Open the app and select 'Membership' located on The Newt card on the homepage.

Step 2

Click on 'Buy Membership'.

Step 3

Select which type of Newt Membership you would like to buy, scroll down and click 'Continue'.

Step 4

Enter how many people you would like this Newt Membership to be valid for and click 'Continue'.

Step 5

Enter your details to create your Newt account and scroll down and click 'Create an account'. Otherwise, please click 'Sign in' if you have already used The Newt online show before.

Step 6

Please add your postcode and fill out all of the visitor information and click 'Save visitors'.

Step 7

Select 'Pay via Direct Debit' which will auto-renew your Newt Membership after one year and click 'Continue'.

Step 8

This page shows your order details and allows you to change your Newt Membership selection and your payment selection. If your details are correct and you are happy to proceed then click 'Continue'.

Step 9

Fill in your payment details and click 'Pay'. Once your payment is successful, click the 'View in account' button.
