How to upgrade your Guest Day Pass to a Membership

You can now upgrade your Online Guest Day Pass to a Membership once it has been used. You have up to three months to do this. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app. 


Please note, this will only work for Guest Day Passes bought online and not at The Gatehouse.


Step 1

Open your app and you should now have the option to upgrade your Guest Day Pass to a Membership. Please click 'Upgrade' to proceed.


Step 2

Select which type of Newt Membership you would like to purchase, scroll down and click 'Continue'.


Step 3

Enter how many people you would like this Newt Membership to be valid for and click 'Continue'.

Please purchase a Joint Membership if you are two adults that share the same address. 


Step 4

Select whether you want to pay via Direct Debit which will auto-renew your Newt Membership after one year or pay for a one-off payment and click 'Continue'.


Step 5

This page shows your order details and allows you to change your Newt Membership selection and your payment selection. If your details are correct and you are happy to proceed, please click 'Continue'.


Step 5
Fill in your payment details and click 'Pay'. Once your payment is successful, click the 'Done' button.


Step 5

You will now see your membership on the homepage of the app.
