How to change your email address on your account via The Newt website

If, for any reason you need to change your email address, you can do this both via the app and via website. Please follow these step-by-step instructions on how to change your email address via the website.

Step 1

Go to The Newt website. Here

Click 'Shop Online' in the top right corner.

Step 2

You are now on The Newt Shop website. Please click 'Login' in the top right corner.

Step 3

Please log into your account using your current login details.

Step 4

You will now be able to see your name in the top right corner to show you are logged in.

Please click on your name and select 'Profile' from the drop down list.

Step 5

It is at this stage you can edit your personal information. Please change you email address and select 'Update Information'

Step 6

Finally, please notify our Support Team via email on membership@thenewtinsomerset.com, to confirm the changes you have made.
