How to use your upgrade/membership code on The Newt website

If you have purchased a membership whilst at The Newt, or have been gifted a membership, you will have been given an upgrade code to activate your 12-month membership. You can redeem this code via The Newt App or via the website. Please follow these step-by-step instructions if you would like to redeem it via the website. 

Step 1

Go to The Newt website. Here

Step 2

Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner. 

Click on 'Become a member' 

Step 3

This will then bring up the options to purchase a membership. Please select, 'Become a member' at the top of the page.

Step 4

You can now scroll down to the 'redeem a code' option and enter the code. 

Step 5

Enter your details and create a password. Click on the slider if you would like to receive updates from The Newt. Once you are ready, click 'Create an account'. 

Please note: If you already have an account with The Newt online shop, please click 'Log in' and enter your details. 

If you have forgotten your password, please click 'forgot password? Reset password' and follow the instructions on the email to reset your password before trying to log in again

Step 6

You have redeemed your Newt Membership!
