If you would like to delete your account with The Newt, please follow these step-by-step instructions on how to do so.
Step 1
Open The Newt App on your device and click 'Profile'.
Step 2
Click on 'Delete my account'.
Step 3
Please read the important information provided. If you would still like to process, please type delete into the box and click confirm.
Step 4
Your account will be deleted within 30 days of the request. We will contact you if there are any issues with this process.
Please note:
This will delete and anonymise your data on all The Newt products. If you have a membership, you will lose access to this via The Newt app. Your membership will still be valid until expiry when your data will be deleted. If you want to visit in the future, you will need to show your photo ID for entry.
If you have any upcoming bookings for the restaurant, hotel, spa, shop orders or a Cyder club subscription, these will not go ahead and your details will not be able to be located on the system.
