How to change or cancel your activity booking

Become a member and explore everything the Newt has to offer, including daily tours of the garden, cyder tasting, interactive exhibits and seasonal workshops. We recommend booking in advance for eateries and activities. Plan your visit now, and take a look at our Garden Map, so that you arrive ready to explore.


Step 1

Open your booking confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder for this. 




Step 2

Select 'Change/Cancel Appointment 



Step 3

Select 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'



Step 4: Rescheduling Booking

Select your preferred new date. 



After selecting the new date you should be shown the following message. You will also be sent a confirmation email. 




Step 5: Cancelling Booking

If you would like to cancel your booking, please select 'Cancel'. And confirm by selecting 'Cancel' again or 'Close' if you change your mind. 



You will be shown the following message and receive a confirmation email. 





We request that bookings are cancelled or changed with as much notice as possible. If your arrival is delayed, staff at the Threshing Barn are happy to help you rearrange your booking.
