How to book a workshop in the app

Inspired by the land beneath our feet and the history and tradition of Somerset, we run a seasonal programme of workshops and events. You don't need to be a member to book and the price includes entry to all areas of the gardens on the day of your workshop. Sign up for Newt News and be the first to hear about future workshops and events.

Step 1

Open The Newt app and click on the 'Home' icon located at the bottom of the page.

Step 2

Scroll down to find the upcoming workshops and when they are being held. Click 'View all' to the right to view the next few months of workshops.

Step 3

Click along the top, selecting which month you would like to view. Scroll down to see all of the workshops in the selected month. 

Step 4

Select which workshop you would like to attend and click 'Book now'. Please select how many people you would like to book and which dates you would like to attend if there are multiple options. 

Step 5

By clicking on the date, it will give you the option to continue if there is available space. If available, please click 'Continue'. 

Step 6

Please enter the details and click 'Pay Now'. This will show you the total amount to be paid. Please enter your card number and postcode and click 'Pay & Confirm'. 

Step 7

Your booking is now complete! An email confirming your reservation will be sent to the email address provided.
