If you have renewed or signed up for a direct debit membership, you will receive a voucher code that can be used via the Newt online shop.
If you have not received this, it could be one of the following reasons:
1. The Payment is Pending
It can take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment. Once the payment has been cleared by your bank, you will receive an email with your voucher.
2. The voucher email is in your junk/spam folder
This voucher code can be found within the email entitled 'Our garden is your garden'. Please check your junk/spam folder for this. If you still cannot find this, please contact our support team and provide your full name, email address and postcode.
3. You are not eligible for the voucher
The £20 online shop voucher is only gifted when a customer signs up via direct debit for the first time. After that, each time they renew in subsequent years, they will be given a £10 voucher.
Please note: This voucher can only be used online. There is no minimum spend required but you can't use it in conjunction with other offers.
To receive the discount on your shop, please ensure you are logged in with your membership account and enter the voucher code into the 'Promo code' section at checkout. Then select 'Apply'.
If it works, you should see the discount and code in the price breakdown. If it does not work, you may have already used the code, not be eligible or be logged in with the wrong account.
