How to access The Newt Online Shop via the app

You can now do all of your online shopping at The Newt in our new app! Just follow the steps below.

Step 1

Open The Newt app and click on the 'Shop' icon located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

You can scroll to see The Newt online shop homepage or click the three horizontal lines to search for your favourite selections.

Step 3

Add your items to the basket by clicking the 'Add to bag' button.

Step 4

Once you have everything you wish to purchase, click on the little basket icon located in the top right of the screen. If you are happy with everything in your bag, please click 'Checkout' at the bottom of the page.

Step 5

If you have an account with The Newt online shop, please enter your details and click 'Login'. If you are a new customer, please fill in your details and click proceed. Please click 'Checkout' to proceed.

Step 6

Here, you have the option to have this sent as a gift, leave any special instructions or add a promo code. Once you are happy with these options, please click 'Continue'.

Step 7

Please select or add your delivery address and click 'Continue'.

Step 8

Browse your delivery date and time options using the Previous Day/Next Day arrow buttons to move around the available days and click on the available timeslot that you would like to use. Click 'Continue'.

Step 8

You can choose to pay using a Credit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay or if you have a voucher, you can use that here to pay for your basket. Select the card you would like to use if you have ordered previously or select 'Add New' where you can either enter your card details or select Apple Pay or Google Pay and select 'Submit'. If you would like to use a voucher, click 'Voucher', enter your voucher number and click 'Apply'.

Your order is now complete. You will be sent an email confirming your order along with a list of your basket.
