Problem resetting password

If you are trying to reset your password but the link takes you to The Newt Online Shop or asks you to confirm your password before adding a new password, you first need to log out of your online shop account. 


You can do this by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then selecting 'Logout'.



Once you have done this, please click the reset password link again. You should now see this screen:
