How to purchase Guest Passes in advance

You can now buy and share Guest Passes ahead of your visit for friends and family. 

You may need to update your app to the latest version to see this option.

Step 1

Open the app and make sure you are logged in to your Newt account. Underneath your membership card, click 'Buy' next to Guest Passes.

Step 2

Select how many guest passes you would like to buy and click 'Continue'.

Step 3

Select the date you would like to visit, using the arrows to change the month. Once you have made your selection, click 'Select date'.

Step 4

Enter your guest's name and email address in the boxes provided and click 'Share passes'.

Step 5

This page will show you a confirmation of the selection you have made. If you are happy, please select 'Continue'. 

Step 6

Enter your card details and postcode and select 'Pay'. Please note that there are placeholder numbers in some of the boxes, once you start typing, they will disappear.

Step 7

That's it! The guest passes will stay in your app until your guests claim them.
