The Newt App has a map function for exploring our gardens and amenities prior to arrival, as well as during your visit. Use our Garden Tour function for both audio and written descriptions of features and buildings within the Estate. This is a great tool to use whilst exploring to gain more understanding of the fascinating history of the Estate.
Step 1
Open The Newt App on your device and select 'Visit'.
Step 2
Swipe the white bar down to have full view of the map.
Estate Map
Whilst in the 'Estate' function, you are viewing a map of the Estate. You can explore areas of interest, restaurants, shops, gardens and amenities.
You can move around the map by dragging your finger in the direction you would like to go. You can also zoom in to see further detail.
You can click on the numbers to see what the location is.
Garden Tour
By clicking the 'Garden tour' button at the top of the map, you can access both audio and written descriptions.
Zoom in to see the numbers at each location.
Select the number, an information board will pop up. You can either read the information provided or you can click the play button to hear all about the selected location.
The locations are numbered to create a tour of the Estate and Gardens.
