Where to find your membership in the app

When you have bought or upgraded to a Newt Membership, you will need to find your membership QR code for entry to the gardens.

Step 1

Download The Newt app and click the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of the page.

Step 2

If you're not already signed in, sign in with your email and password. If you have forgotten your email, please follow the steps to reset your password. If you are unsure of how to do this, please see our guide.

Step 3

Click on the 'Home' icon at the bottom of the page and this should now show you your Newt Membership card.

Step 4

Click on the card to open your QR code which you will need to scan when you visit The Newt.
